We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return Period
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to let us know you’d like to return it. After that, you have another 14 days to send the item back.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
We do not accept returns on:
Custom or made-to-order products
Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)
Unsealed personal items (e.g. underwear)
Digital products once accessed
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
Please note:
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service — we’re not responsible for items lost in transit.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us with your order number and any supporting photos.
